1. Who These Terms Apply To
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to all digital products, online courses, video walkthroughs, memberships, and educational materials ("Products") offered by Kurt Sneddon, trading as Humble Togs Club ("we", "us", "our"), including but not limited to:
Find Your Focus (with ChatGPT)
Humble Togs Club membership (standard and premium)
Any future courses, workshops, guides, or digital resources published under the Humble Togs Club brand
By purchasing or accessing any of our Products, you ("you", "the purchaser", "the student") agree to these Terms in full.
2. What You're Buying
Our Products are digital educational resources delivered online. They are designed to provide knowledge, guidance, tools, and inspiration. They are not professional consulting, legal, financial, or business advisory services.
When you purchase a Product, you receive:
Access to the course, walkthrough, or membership content as described on the relevant sales page at the time of purchase
Lifetime access (for one-off purchase products), or access for the duration of your active subscription (for membership products)
Any bonuses or resources listed as included at the time of purchase
We reserve the right to update, improve, or modify content within our Products at any time without notice. We will never reduce the core value of a Product without offering a fair remedy to existing purchasers.
3. Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated. Prices may change at any time. The price you pay at the time of purchase is the price you agreed to — price changes do not retroactively affect completed purchases.
For subscription-based memberships, your card will be charged on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, depending on your plan) until you cancel. You can cancel at any time through your account settings or by contacting us directly.
We use third-party payment processors. We do not store your full payment details. All transactions are subject to the payment processor's own terms and security standards.
4. Refund Policy
One-Off Digital Products (e.g. Find Your Focus)
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all one-off digital product purchases. If you go through the material and don't feel you received value, email us within 30 days of purchase and we will issue a full refund.
We ask only that you've genuinely engaged with the content — not that you've achieved a specific outcome, since results depend on individual effort, context, and implementation.
If we can show that you have not engaged with the content and your request for a refund is simply a change of mind/heart/willingness to actually consume the content, refunds may not be provided.
Refund requests received after 30 days of purchase will not be considered.
Memberships (Humble Togs Club)
Monthly memberships may be cancelled at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain access until then. We do not offer partial-month refunds on monthly memberships.
Annual memberships come with a 14-day cooling-off period from the date of first charge. Refunds requested within 14 days will be issued in full. After 14 days, annual membership fees are non-refundable, but you may cancel to prevent future renewal charges.
5. Intellectual Property
All content within our Products — including video, audio, written materials, prompts, frameworks, slides, graphics, and any other assets — is the intellectual property of Kurt Sneddon / Humble Togs Club and is protected by copyright.
Your purchase grants you a personal, non-transferable licence to access and use the content for your own educational purposes. You may not:
Share, reproduce, resell, or distribute any part of the content
Use the content to create competing products or derivative works
Share login credentials or access links with others
Screen-record, download, or redistribute video content
Breach of these terms may result in termination of access without refund.
6. No Guarantee of Results
Our Products are educational resources. They are designed to give you clarity, tools, and direction — not to guarantee specific business or financial outcomes.
Results vary significantly depending on individual effort, prior experience, market conditions, consistency of application, and many other factors entirely outside our control.
We do not make earnings claims. Any examples of results mentioned in our marketing (including testimonials) reflect the experiences of specific individuals and are not typical or guaranteed.
You are responsible for your own decisions and outcomes.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
Our Products are provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we make no warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to:

Uninterrupted or error-free access
Accuracy or completeness of any information provided
Compatibility with your specific business, niche, or circumstances
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kurt Sneddon / Humble Togs Club shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — our Products. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Product in question.
9. Access & Technical Requirements
Our Products are hosted on third-party platforms (currently GoHighLevel / LeadConnector). While we take reasonable steps to ensure reliable access, we are not responsible for platform outages, technical issues, or changes made by the hosting provider.
You are responsible for ensuring you have a suitable device, internet connection, and software to access the content.
10. Acceptable Use
You agree to use our Products and any associated community spaces (including Humble Togs Club) respectfully and in good faith. We reserve the right to terminate access — without refund — for any behaviour we determine to be harmful, disrespectful, or in breach of the spirit of these Terms (or the no-jerks mantra of the community)
This includes but is not limited to: giving unkind feedback to members, harassment of other members, spamming, sharing pirated content, or attempting to circumvent access restrictions.
11. Privacy
Your personal information is collected and used in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available at privacy.humbletogsclub.com. By purchasing from us, you consent to receiving transactional emails related to your purchase and, where applicable, marketing emails. You can unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time.
12. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated via email to active customers and members. Your continued use of our Products after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States of America. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New York state, USA.
